You are constantly trying to make sure you know what you should do next. With Bells On works with you in this time to help you sort through the fine details to make your vision come to life. It’s still your plan - it’s still your vision - and it’s still you doing it. We are just here to help you along the way and make sure your event is everything you dream it to be. Once the big day finally comes, you can relax and feel confident that our team of coordinators has everything under control just the way you want it! You shouldn’t even have to wear a watch because that’s our job!
PLANNING & CoordinatOR Packages STARTING AT $1300
Starting package rate is inclusive of up to 6 months of planning, and coordinating the event cocktail hour and reception only. Ceremony coordinating may be added for an additional fee. Additional months may be added for an additional fee. All planning & coordinating packages must be booked at least 60 days prior to the event day.
Wedding Ceremony Add-On Includes Rehearsal Coordinator, Ceremony Personal Decoration Setup & Cleanup (tables and chairs not included), Bridal Assistant. Ceremony must be held within 15 miles of Reception.
