Qualifications
Your wedding ceremony & reception are occurring at the same venue on the same day.

You need coordinating services for the Reception Only. The ceremony and rehearsal do not require any coordinating services.
*RATES: All coordinating package rates are subject to prevailing New York State taxes. All coordinating package rates are inclusive of booking fees. Additional booking fees will only be applied for customized event enhancements.
**SETUP & CLEANUP (unless specified otherwise): Setup includes table linens and personalized décor provided by the wedding couple only. Setup and cleanup of floral arrangements and personalized décor is included, but may be subject to an additional charge based upon the specific requirements, time, and staffing required. Setup does not include tables, chairs, lighting, any items that require climbing a ladder, chair covers/sashes, catering setup, bar setup, or any food & beverage displays. With Bells On will adjust tables and chairs setup as needed for the event, but all tables and chairs must be upright and placed in an estimated placement prior to the coordinating team arriving on site. Tables and chairs that are folded and/or stacked will be subject to an additional setup fee. Setup and/or cleanup of Tables, Chairs, Chair Covers/Sashes are available at an additional charge at prevailing rates. Cleanup includes personalized décor provided by the wedding couple only. Cleanup does not include any items that were not set up by the Wedding Coordinating Team. Cleanup does not include used linens and napkins at the end of the event. Cleanup of used linens and napkins at the end of the event is available at an additional charge at prevailing rates. Gifts and cards are not handled by With Bells On staff at any point throughout the duration of the event, with the exception of cleanup at the end of the night. The only person to clean up gifts and cards is the Primary Wedding Coordinator with a witness from the event as approved by the Wedding Couple prior to the event, unless informed otherwise from the couple.
